In selling his family's Indonesian satays on the streets of the Mission, Feldo has grown his business into a successful and thriving catering company, specializing in Indonesian and Filipino food. Throughout the years, his company has fed 1000+ startups and 100,000+ employees in the Bay Area as well as being a participant in food festivals. Constantly developing new ideas and expanding his client base, Feldo has created a new Asian BBQ catering concept called Tiger's BBQ. Sataysfied is also looking forward to feeding the masses again at Outside Lands Music & Food Festival.

Desi is a serial entrepreneur.  As the managing director of Plinth Agency, he has successfully grown businesses through strategic branding, design, and crowdfunding. Plinth Agency has a solid 83% track record in crowdfunding and has raised over $430,000 for projects in food, technology, the arts, and health & wellness spaces. He's also the mastermind behind UNDSCVRD SF and the economic development planning of SOMA Pilipinas.

 

Kevin Villanueva

Kevin's journey through the restaurant industry began in his mother's kitchen, coring ampalaya and picking dahon ng sili.  After an intense education at Cornell University and The Culinary Institute of America, Kevin worked his way around the country, from white tablecloth restaurants like Union Square Cafe to groundbreaking ones like Jeepney and Maharlika to massive operations like The Pelican Hill Resort and Spa to unique concepts like In Situ at the SFMOMA.  His journey brought him to The Culinary Edge, a boutique restaurant consulting firm that focuses on restaurant strategy and innovation for clients such as Jack in the Box, Courtyard by Marriot, and AMC Theaters.  His unique background and thoughtful approach have provided his clients with creative solutions and delicious food.
