Kutivate Labs is an innovative non-profit blurring the lines between arts and economic development. Our goal is to support cultural districts far and wide. We have several programs that are pushing the narrative of community development forward that range from large scale night markets, to small business incubators, to programming spaces, and re-granting money to our community:
We’re looking for game changers to join our award winning organization. Our work is consumer facing and we treat each program as an independent brand with their unique and sometimes overlapping audiences.
If you’re coming from a tech company looking to make a life change, we want to talk to you. We operate more like a start-up than a non-profit. We look at data, we pivot quickly, our team works remotely, and we use cloud based services for our back-office operations.
What makes us different from a tech company is we don’t disrupt the communities we serve. We seek to heal the traumas that have prevented marginalized communities to thrive in a capitalist society.
